These items are so rare that you could spend hundreds of hours farming endgame content without seeing one drop.

The Uber Uniques in Diablo 4 include iconic items that are, without a doubt, best-in-slot for most classes and builds, including The Grandfather and Shako (Harlequin Crest)!įor those who are unaware, the uber Uniques in Diablo 4 are: What Are The Diablo 4 Uber Uniques? You'll have to wait until after 7 July 2023 to chase Uber Uniques like Andariel's Visage in Diablo 4. Hopefully, by 8 July 2023, the Uber Unique item drops will return in Diablo 4, so we can all chase them. The update also made it possible for Helltide chests to drop Unique items, as they previously dropped only up to Legendary equipment. This follows the release of the Diablo 4 1.04 update's release, which fixed many bugs and issues. Other unique items will still be available from these chests. Players will not be able to obtain the 6 Uber Unique items until a hotfix which we expect to be implemented on Friday afternoon Pacific Time. 
We have temporarily disabled Uber Uniques from dropping in-game while we address an issue with Helltide Chest drops. To be clear, this is Uber Unique drops, so if you are one of the lucky few to actually have one of these ultra-rare items, then they will still work.
